What this is
KGai Reborn is a free, non-commercial hobby project: a fan re-implementation of a 2008 simultaneous-turn online card game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kongregate or Sirlin Games. Names and texts of the original game that appear in this prototype belong to their respective owners.
Your account
- One account per person. You sign in with your Google or Discord account; keep that account secure, because what happens through your account here is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can stop using the game at any time and have your account deleted by e-mail (see the privacy policy).
Fair play
- Your display name (your first name from Google or your Discord display name) is shown to other players. It must not be offensive and must not impersonate somebody else.
- No bots, scripts, exploits or attempts to break the game, to disrupt other players or to get into accounts that are not yours.
- Do not abandon ranked matches on purpose; the game treats a player who stops responding as having forfeited.
No promises
The game is provided as is, for fun. It may change, break, lose matches in progress (for example when the server restarts), reset records or go offline at any time, without notice. There is no guarantee of availability and no support obligation. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the game, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Enforcement
Accounts that break these terms may be renamed, suspended or deleted. Accounts that have been unused for a long time may be deleted too.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when. Using the game after a change means you accept the new version.
